MAKE A DIFFERENCE AND EMBRACE YOUR CALLING

The Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology: Evening Format program prepares students to serve individuals, couples, families, and groups as a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) or a licensed professional clinical counselor (LPCC) in California.

Designed for both working professionals and full-time students alike, our MA in Clinical Psychology with Emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy program provides a clinical and practice-based course of study, exploring the social and psychological implications of socioeconomics and how poverty and social stress affect the ability of individuals, couples, and families to thrive.

In addition to our evening format, Pepperdine also offers the Clinical Psychology with an Emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy with Latinx Communities (CLP Latinx) program. Designed for those passionate about serving Latinx individuals, families, and communities, this program integrates culturally responsive training with a strong clinical foundation. Students gain specialized knowledge in bilingual therapy, culturally informed interventions, and issues impacting Latinx mental health. If you're interested in making a meaningful impact in Latinx communities, this program offers a tailored path to licensure and career opportunities in diverse clinical settings.
